Homepage Header

At the top of every myZOO or myBIZ page are helpful shortcuts. The Header section lets you quickly navigate to the most popular categories, such as search, Webmail and Help.


Modules and Content Categories

Access a wide range 'general topic' content categories and changeable modules. Each category (news, weather, entertainment, business & finance, etc) is regularly updated so you get the latest available information.


Personalising Your Content

You don't have to be like everyone else, so why should your homepage? Easily choose what content modules to display and their layout. Don't like the default colour scheme? No worries. Choose your favourite colour. It's your homepage.


Sign In to Personalise

Sign in to myZOO or myBIZ by following these simple instructions.

You can sign in two different ways:

  1. Enter your Optus Mobile Number and Password in the fields provided at the top left of your screen

    OR

  2. Enter your Member Services User Name and Password in the fields provided at the top left of your screen. User Name example: john.citizen@optusnet.com.au

Signing in means you will be able to save any changes you make to your myZOO or myBIZ homepage.

Trouble Logging In?

If you are attempting to 'Sign In' to the myZOO or myBIZ web site and you are having trouble, please verify the following:

  1. You are using a valid Optus Internet Username and Password. Username example: john.citizen@optusnet.com.au

    OR

  2. You are using a valid Optus Mobile Phone number and Password.

If you have forgotten your password, please contact Customer Service on 1300 301 325.

If you have an Optus Mobile Number and do not have a password, please go to http://www.optuszoo.com.au/register to register for myZOO or http://mybiz.optus.com.au/register to register for myBIZ.
