How do I change content on myZOO/myBIZ?
There are many ways to change content on myZOO/myBIZ. You can:
- add, remove or collapse content or entire content modules
- drag and drop content to new locations on the page
- add your choice of content within modules
- change the colour theme of a module or the entire homepage

How do I change the layout of my page?
Place the cursor on the module's title bar. When the cursor changes shape, 'drag' the module anywhere you want by holding down the mouse button. Once you have positioned the module where you want, release the mouse and the module will 'snap' into place. It's that easy.
How can I change the colour of my page?
You can change the colour theme of the entire myZOO or myBIZ homepage or of a single content module.

How do I set myZOO or myBIZ as my homepage?
You can make www.optuszoo.com.au the first page you see by following the simple steps below.
NOTE: Small Business customers can also follow these steps to set myBIZ as their homepage. Just enter http://mybiz.optus.com.au/ in the required fields below, instead of http://www.optuszoo.com.au/
Internet Explorer
- From the Tools menu, select 'Internet Options'
- Under the General tab you will see an 'Address' line where you can enter the URL
- Copy or type the URL http://www.optuszoo.com.au into the 'Address' box or, if you're visiting your chosen web page when you do this, click the 'Use Current' button
- Click OK
Firefox
- From the Tools (PC) or Firefox (Mac) menu, select 'Options'
- Under the General tab, make sure that the first option 'When Firefox starts' is set to 'Show my home page'
- Copy or type the URL http://www.optuszoo.com.au into the 'Home Page' box or, if you're visiting your chosen web page when you do this, click the 'Use Current Page' button
- Click OK
How do you know who I am when I come to the myZOO or myBIZ homepage?
Once you personalise myZOO or myBIZ you can set your preferences to automatically sign you in. Your user ID and password are saved in something called a cookie, which resides on your machine. If your web browser does not support cookies, or you have cookies turned off, you will not be able to automatically sign in.
Can I use Personalisation if I am not an Optus Internet customer?
Non-Optus customers can make changes to the myZOO homepage but will be unable to save the changes. Only Optus customers can save changes to their personalised homepage.

I have forgotten my Personalisation username and password
Your personalisation username is the same as your Member Services username or your Optus mobile phone number. If you have forgotten your password, please contact Customer Service on 1300 301 325.
Can anyone see my Optus sign in details?

I can't find my personalised myZOO/myBIZ homepage. What do I do?
To find your page again, you need to sign in on the myZOO or myBIZ homepage. To sign in, enter your Member Services username or Optus mobile phone number and then your password.
