Requesting a Subscription Number

Once you have downloaded the Security Suite software, you will need a subscription number to enable the product. To obtain this number, log into Member Services and follow the instructions from the Security Suite link.

Why do I need a Subscription Number

The Optus Internet Security Suite Service is currently compatible with Windows 2000, XP and Vista. However, the Optus Internet Security Suite Service does not support the server versions of the above operating systems. Only Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 are server operating systems. Security Suite is presently not compatible with Macintosh and Linux operating systems.

Unsubscribe

If you wish to discontinue using the Security Suite product, please uninstall the product using the Uninstall Optus Internet Security Suite option in your Window programs menu.
